Very frustrating to wait 30+ minutes to cash out a ticket. The cashier lines can be insanely long and they never seem to have every window open even if the line is 20 people deep. Now, there are some things that I've noticed coming here for a while now. Can't say I've tried the steakhouse, the Italian place, or the Asian eats place.
The lunch hall upstairs is pretty good too with the taco place making some good grub, but I wasn't a fan of the southern eats place. The food is great, especially the buffet.which is absolutely top notch. The temperature in the casino is pretty nice too, I'm always comfortable. The free soda machines have a good selection. The bathrooms are always pretty clean and there's almost always someone cleaning in there. That being said the facility has positives and negatives. When you play slots you're at the mercy of a computer that can take everything or give everything. I've won big here and I've definately lost big as well. I'll start off this review by saying I'm not going to complain about payouts.
